JOSESITO LOPEZ TO FACE SAUL ALVAREZ ON SEPTEMBER 15

Sometimes your first instinct is the right choice. After weeks of speculation, the opponent for WBC jr. middleweight champion Saul "Canelo" Alvarez has finally been revealed. According to several sources, Alvarez will be defending his title against Josesito Lopez when he returns to the ring on September 15. Just because Josesito Lopez beat a bum in Victor Ortiz doesn't mean he can beat Saul Canelo Alvarez.... :biglaugh:

Josesito Lopez was at 140 prior to the Ortiz fight at 147.

Now GBP want Josesito to fight Alvarez at 154?

Very nice move by GBP. Nyahaha. :chainsaw:

Critics and haters were questioning Pacquiao's meteoric rise to 147 in span of 3 years
and here is Lopez who rose from 140 to 154 in less than a year. Why is nobody questioning it?

either gbp is so stubborn or so desperate to clash with toprank. they dont have a show. look, this is bs, lopez is a legit 140 pounder, why dont they look for somebody with canelo's size? lots of jnr mw are asking for him. should you agree that 2012 is a year of bs for boxing, now this is one.

this news is still early, if this is true, of course, canelo is a confirmed protected fighter by GBP. no more no less.
