I think Amir Khan will replace Freddie Roach as trainer. He will opt to get the service of Robert Garcia, but the problem is Maidana is also training at Robert Garcia Academy. :mrgreen:

Hello!!! This year Garcia's students all tops their respective competitions. Well, needless to say, you better Google how many of Roach's students make it good this year. : D Roach is a washed up trainer or better call it overrated dude. :mrgreen:

Khan needs a trainer who puts strong emphasis on defense to make up for his suspect beard and I don't think Robert Garcia fits the description of a defensive strategist. Garcia and Roach belong to the same class of trainers who mold their ward to become fighters and essential to that is that you need to have a sturdy chin. That's why Pacquiao and Rios are successful in their respective division despite their defensive limitations.
