There's nothing like it. The "Shoulder Roll" popularized by Floyd is the best defensive and offensive technique in boxing today. Mastering it would make one's fighter prolong their career preventing too much accumulation of punches while confidently landing landing your punches to the opponent. I could not help but be impressed with this technique watching adrian bronner while annihilating de Marco with a twist of aggression. His Floyd-like skills really made him another boxing star protege. For now, I firmly believe that there's no "blue print" yet in penetrating the defense of this unique and innovative technique.

Boxers who wants to be successful in boxing, open your eyes... It's the best technique that you need to master.

What will happen if both fighters used should rolls during the fight?
Do you think it's exciting to watch?

I think if both fighters used shoulder rolls they may end up with a popular dance move like Gangnam style.

The shoulder roll technique was already being used before, not by a filipino, but by a filipina named Alice Dixon.
Because of that she became very popular in the 80's.

The blue print is already out there...Samuel Peterson when he beat James Toney twice, FMJ vs JLC, ADRIEN vs DELEON the list goes on.....

Defensive fighters will eat you alive by boxing you from the outside, make the fight ugly by staying in the pocket dont look for an opening to land a big shot (that is stupid thing DeMarco did when he fought broner) just let your hands go, be a volume puncher, throw combinations..make them uncomfortable, dont let them out point you in that way you are controlling the fight....

Thats my expert analysis :peace:

PERFECT BLUE PRINT, BRO!

PAC MAY USE IT SOON AGAINST THE

KING OF SHOULDER ROLL 8)

Shoulder roll vs southpaw Manny Pacquiao == fractured Floyd's shoulder blade. No wonder Floyd avoids fighting Manny at all costs.

Using the shoulder roll technique will not always guarantee a boring fight. It depends upon the two fighters in the ring on how they execute their game plan. If it does create a boring fight most of the time then why do Floyd always land a big PPV sales? That simply means a lot of boxing enthusiasts are craving to watch the fight. Broner makes exciting fight too by being more aggressive while avoiding his opponent's punches.
