roach NEVER brought additional testing up to arum (arum's words).....so it was ONLY UNofficial claims by roach (false claims said to the media ONLY for ingnorants to believe)........... up until NOW pac's testing agency has ALWAYS been the peds testing done by the NSAC............. (his litmus test).............
he has ALWAYS REFUSED any additional testing......................

IF NSAC's testing is GOOD ENOUGH FOR PAC, THEN IT'S GOOD ENOUGH FOR MARQUEZ................ unless, pac BOWS down to what mayweather has been saying all along....... and agree to more STRINGENT testing, like OSDT...............

It wasn't Pacquiao's litmus test, but Arum's test. Other than the "Arum test," Marquez was willing to take any test but never did any random VADA test. Blame it on Arum, not me, for doubting Marquez is clean. Forget USADA because of not reporting the three Mayweather tests in question to the state Comission (NSAC), but instead dumping them off to the safe hands of the promoter. Blame it on USADA and GBP, not me, for doubting Mayweather was ever clean.
Pacquiao was at his peak when he was in his early thirties and not at 39, like Marquez. He has never attached himself to a PED peddler, like Marquez. No one has reported any positive PED result, like Mayweather, except for the bogus Teddy Atlas email. Where is that f*****ing email?!!!!??? So don't blame me for believing Pacquiao is clean.

if you are calling NSAC testing "arum's test" then tell manny to be his own man, not a damn puppet............. he should be someone that says "i'm taking extra testing to show i'm clean since marquez is willing to do the same............" or something to that effect............ he DOESNT do that............. so it's pacquiao's litmus test..............

regardless of who marquez hires as his s&c coach.............. he was tested NEGATIVE for peds by the NSAC-... just like pac............... they are BOTH CLEAN of peds...................... PERIOD................ CLEAN.................
