he thinks that they are trying to get the asian market because they can't compete in US. what do u think? i think ODH is full of himself and GB. he can say all he wants, but everyone knows that if pac and PBF ever do fight, its the biggest fight in boxing, PERIOD.

the thing is, TR was able to pay zhiming 300k for his debut fight.

GBP only paid mares 350k against pdl in a championship fight. tr wouldn't be in asia if there isn't more money to be made.

GBP is just envious because their little minds can not comprehend doing business in a new frontier. Top rank on the other hand is one or two steps ahead of GBP interms of business savviness.

Plus we all know that Oscar D. is full of s..t :)

I think Dela Hoya is deluding himself. If he thinks people from all over the world still flock to Vegas for gaming and entertainment, he should pause and think again. People from different parts of the world and from all walks of life are flocking and spending their $$$, not in Vegas but....Macau (Asia). http://www.guardian.co.uk/travel/2011/m ... l-of-world

Heck. The U.S. is not even the no. 1 car maker in the world. That honor belongs to... Japan, located in Asia. http://www.forbes.com/sites/michelinema ... -carmaker/

Arum is looking at the future of boxing world while Dela Hoya is stuck in the past. Yo, Oscar. Did you know that the Sun, not the earth, is at the center of the solar system?

LOL! It looks like Oscar touched the nerve of some TR puppies here. What were the fights being discussed here in this forum
lately? Lots of thread about these fights and even streaming link of videos and replays of the fights:
- Floyd beating Guerrero - GBP
- Lucas Matthysse (power puncher) KO'd Lamont Peterson (boxer) - GBP
- Erislandy Lara got KD twice (boxer) but stopped Alfredo Angulo (power puncher) - GBP
- The fight of the year candidate Marcos Maidana stopping Josesito Lopez - GBP
Future:
- The much anticipated Floyd vs Canelo in September - GBP
- Adrian Broner vs Malignaggi - GBP
- Amir Khan vs Devon Alexander - GBP

And what does TR offered lately? nothing because they don't have a lot of star fighters.
Future fights of TR:
- Mikey Garcia vs the washed-up and recycled JM Lopez
- Bradley vs Marquez will be moved to October instead of the orig date of Sept because the big PPV GBP event Floyd vs Canelo will happen in September.
- Loser vs Loser (Rios vs Pac) in far far away Macau.

Now tell me, is TR really that competitive now against GBP? no nuthugging excuses please :D

Asia would be a good market if tr had another big asian fighter. Manny is on his way out and the gold medalist from china is already in his 30 i believe, plus hes not that good. Oskie says the dumbest things sometimes but it always gets a reaction. The cold war between promotional companys is for sure going to gb because they have so many options in the 140-147lbs weight class its crazy. Hbo put on a snoozer last night and thier options are running out.
