Ok, too bad, but Elorde was exposed as another ALA-styled fighter, not world-class. To quote Secuya - "Juan Miguel Elorde, 32, (28-2-0, 15KOs) who is ranked No. 2 by the WBO in the super bantamweight divIsion before the fight, rose to the ranks by defeating a steady diet of Thai and Indonesian journeymen."

Philippine promoters/fighters should change their approach. It's ok to fight journeymen at the start, but it should gradually change to tougher ones.
