Can Pacquiao beat this guy by points or technical?

If Spence wouldn’t want him, there must be a reason, why?
I’ve rather choose McGregor with a big purse around $100 Million, run the money
to the bank, enjoy the retirement & share his winnings to needy- as what he promised!

He have to be wise by picking which way he should select;
a) boxing legacy- fighting Crawford
b) keeping his promised- half of his winning purse goes to the poor

Last fight should be memorable that people will not forget.
If you lose in your last fight, like of those Ali by Holmes, Hearns by Hagler & Barkley. Jones by Tarver

Suppose Spence beat Garcua this December, the fight next year should be:

1st Half of Next Year:
Pacquiao v. McGregor
Spence v. Crawford

2nd Half of Next Year:
Pacquiao v. Spence/Crawford (the winner)

The reason why Pacquiao should not fight Crawford until the latter fights Spence is to punish Bob Arum for preventing Manny to fight Crawford (instead fed to Horn to benefit Crawford later) in 2017.

If Crawford does not fight Spence, since Pacquiao will be needing money for his Presidential campaign in 2022, it would be better to ask Bob Arum (again) a 70-30 sharing of the PPV in favor of Pacman.

If Top Rank does not agree, then "good luck" Crawford.

In the end, Pacquiao fights versus McGregor and versus Spence are two fights that both satisfy Manny's and PBC's coffers.

Beating Spence would equally add to Manny's legacy like against Crawford. Hence, it is really not important if he fights Terence.

Again, if Bob Arum really want the fight this 2021, he would budge the sharing for Pres. Pacquiao's campaign fund--- and Crawford's legacy too.

PS. Pacquiao is guaranteed to fight McGregor and Spence at his own whim. But Crawford has no guarantee, except if he has a heart to exchange blows with Thurman.

Every fight of Manny is dangerous like all the boxers in this profession,
Once they step on the ring, they're not sure if they'll live or die during their fights.
Manny has face big & dangerous opponents in Margarito, Cotto, Clottey, Mosley, etc.
But the Pacman beat them all & sent some of them into retirements.
Pac can beat Crawford but by points only albeit i believe Bud will wobble once Pac hits him solidly,
Not by ko 'cause Pac is a small welter & the contenders in this division are big & can take his punches.
Besides Cotto & Matthysse whom he stopped, the rest were able to last the distance.

Crawford's style is peanut for Pacman, he's open when he throws his punches,
The semi right hook he unleashed on Brook will be countered by a right & straight left,
Brook is a damaged commodity from Golovkin's & Spence's punishments.
But turning 42 this Dec. Manny's problem will be his stamina,
