I read in the link provided above that Nevada State Athletic Commission just banned all Testosterone - Usage Exemptions. This is the same Commission for Boxing fights, right? You guys think Xylocaine ( The **** Floyd Mayweather use on his already brittle knuckles for his fights ) is included within the confines of said ban? If so, that's bad news for Floyd. I heard one of the main reasons he fights in Vegas is because the Xylocaine stuff isn't banned there. Insights, experts? Thanks!

Yeah... I saw the Video wherein Floyd cried after the Fight because of his bleeding fists. Previously, xylocaine is banned in all states in the USA, except Nevada. That is the main reason why Floyd would not fight outside Las Vegas.

I read in the link provided above that Nevada State Athletic Commission just banned all Testosterone - Usage Exemptions. This is the same Commission for Boxing fights, right? unfortunately, Xylocaine/Lidocaine is a topical anesthesia and not considered PED/growth hormone. Therefore it is still legal in Nevada. Imo it should also be ban. It's like taking pain killer before the fight. Not fair for the opponent...

Floyd has always been UNFAIRLY imposing his atrocious DEMANDs before sealing the Fight. That is a fact.

XYLYOCAINE allows you to punch through Cinder Blocks with a Broken hand without feeling any Pain until the Drug wears off.

If Joshua CLottey would have used this against Antonio Margarito, the fight would not have slipped away from him.
