It is not a question of power but can Hatton absorb Pacman's punches? I don't think so. Mayweather is not a puncher at higher weight class but was able to knock Hatton out. Pacman's punches are stronger than Mayweather's. Mayweather caught Hatton with one punch and he went down. Pacman delivers volume of punches. Just try to imagine that.

Can Pacman absorb Hatton's power punches? Yes, Pacman can absorb Hatton's power punches. Review Pacman's fight against ODLH and you will see that Pacman absorbed ODLH's vaunted left hook and some. Pacman just took those punches a stride. Nothing happened. I believed Hatton's punches are not stronger than ODLH's. Remember Pacquiao has grown into the weight already. He is not climbing up in weight but actually going down in weight. If he can absorb punches at welterweight class, he sure can absorb punches in the junior welterweight class. At 140, Pacman's chin is a lot stronger than Hatton's chin.
