Is Donaire the consummated pINoY fighTeR?

- speed with power and relentless offense when he smells blood
- Also a SouthPaw, and also from Gen San
- has ability now to climb a few more weight classes
- actually sings better than PAC
- also has the rosary..( In the early stages of their careers at the least

Is he like Marquez

- who doesn't just rely on speed and power, BUT on the more important
" TIMING " even against a faster or stronger opponent
- Did he trap Darchinyan to attacking big, but read him well and KO'd him
Instead
- Did he, like Marquez read what his opponent was going to do
And then unleashed a 'KO of the Year Punch'? Marquez saw that "double
fake jab" as THE signal, while Donaire saw that Darchinyan "forward step "
he typically does when about to throw a bomb

Is he like Floyd Jr. Too -

- learned to fight by not getting hit, so Donaire has great defense too
- Donaire per fight now, has less "hits to him" than Floyd Jr.
- if you look at Floyd's fights, he get caught in the ropes a few times
While Donaire gets caught on the ropes a few times very too
Seldom, actually only when he wants to trap..ie. Nikoshai, etc.
- who also had a fight with his parents, ESP. His dad!
- is he like Floyd with a good taste on sexy women
- is he actually prettier to look at than Floyd?

So, isn't the best of - PAC +Marquez + Floyd = to our FOY 2012 Nonito Donaire?

And while you are at it, am I not as convincing as Larry Merchant?

Do you means to say that Nonito Doanire is a combinations of Pacquiao, Marquez, and Mayweather...

Donaire is not as good offensively as Pacquiao, not as good technically as Marquez, and not as good defensively as Mayweather

still...he's a great fighter

Donaire is a great fighter and a complete package. too bad he was not able to have a good break after demolishing darchinyan and montiel.

I know Donaire is a switch-hitter but he isn't a southpaw per se.

He possesses and proximates the best assets of all three. He may not beat them in each of their assets but taken all together makes him a more complete fighter compared to each one of them. I believe he is what you call a fighter who has a UNIVERSAL STYLE.

he had the attributes of the three... skill-wise, technical-wise and boastful-wise...

but he is becoming the more skilled and technical...

Donaire is better than Marquez or Mayweather and especially Pacquiao in terms of one power punch counterpunching...

But Pacquiao is better in terms of speed and aggression; Mayweather is better in terms of defense; Marquez is better in terms of combination counterpunching...
