The flyweight division is currently loaded with Pinoys on top of the rankings. This is great for Philippine boxing, but the only knack is that we may see Pinoys fighting fellow Pinoys in world title fights in the near future.

But I really hope the promoters pit our local boys against foreign competition para ma-dominate natin totally ang flyweight division. And then let them fight each other kung na wipe out na ang foreign opponents.

time to get a tournament to determine the best. i want to see Viloria beat Romero then fight Marquez. Of course Jaro vs. Melindo is an interesting test for both guys. i think Mthalane is the best flyweight right now due to him giving Donaire a hard time but any of these fighters fighting eachother will be fun to watch

Viloria (WBO champ) vs. Romero
Juan Carlos Reveco (interim WBA) vs. Marquez (WBA champ)

Mthalane (IBF champ) vs. Wonjongkam
Jaro (WBC champ) vs. Melindo
