I wish him well, but his style (stance, punches, timing etc) is typical ALA. It's like watching AJ, Bum-Bum et al. He'll be picked apart by good Mexican boxers.
Time to upgrade his training. How old is he, by the way?

those typical ALA style is more of an amateur style coz most of these ALA fighters came from a rich amateur background

based on the video provided, nothing really so special about rocky fuentes. am just wondering why ts would say he's being avoided by champions cos they're scared. really? perhaps they're not interested to fight fuentes because there's not much money in fighting him.

Probably style wise but once you get hit by those steel fist everything changes. He once killed someone in the ring (rest in peace) with 1 shot. i know it sad but thats just to show how much power this fighter has.

IMO ALA is promoting other fighters before Fuentes which is why he hasn't had his title shot yet (Milan Melindo anyone?). Maybe his Win-Loss record is not that enticing to attract sponsors.

The best way for him to get a title shot now is to do the Sabillo style and fight as the challenger in the Champion's country (Japan or Mexico best route) or else he might end up as a Bert Batawang or Michael Domingo (remember those boxers?) Those guys languished in the rankings of the Alphabet Organizations for years and only got their title shots at the end.

Just my 2 cents :D

Rocky Fuentes is slow and to think he is a flyweight... reminds me of Randy Suico and Mark Meliguen.
Lastly, have losses to some class c boxers.

I hope not... IMHO this fighter deserves to be a world champ

Untested. His management probably observed weaknesses we don't see.
