Congratulations!

Finally, a new world champion from ALA... Kudos to Melindo, he defeated a world champion who also once became the Lineal Flyweight Champion... 8)

Milan stunned the land of the rising sun!

Their fighter clearly underestimated Milan's punching power. No wonder Milan is so confident going into this fight, he very clearly able to figure out the Jap fighting style which fits perfectly into his own counter-punching style.

Milan's long patience for a world championship belt pays off big time!

Huge Congratulations to Milan and the Boholanos and Cebuanos nations!!

Milendo is one of those boxers who is always fun to watch. Excellent boxing skills with close to impeccable timing (nothing is ever 100% perfect). But he never sits down on his punches when he needs to. This time he did and look what happened.

BTW, what's up with that bump/lump on Milendo's nose. I hadn't notice that before. Was that a cut that got calcified (keloid?)? His handlers should take him to competent dermatologist and perhaps have it removed as it is a liability each time he fights from here on...especially now that he is a world champion.
