Is Yamanaka too strong for him? Ang tagal kasi bago nabigyan ulit ng title shot si Malcom after nung he lost the WBC flyweight belt.

I though he was still good because his last fight exceeded all of our expectations.

I hope he doesn't call it a day after this fight if he loses or maybe he can train young boxers in the south. tsk tsk :(

this Yamanaka seems to be the real deal. he also KOd Tomas Rojas and defeated Vic Darchinyan.

Siya pala yun. I read it before that Darchi was beaten in Japan si Yamanaka pala yung tumalo sa kanya. Si Rojas di ba eto yung kalaban ni Gerry sa Araneta dati (undercard ng Pac v Larios). Durable din siya if i remember correctly.

I'll watch this Yamanaka guy's next fight. Is it safe to assume that he has conquered the Bantam Division in Asia?

YES siya yun but i don't know too much about his game except that he's an aggressive southpaw who also utilizes height and reach.

salamat bro. Malcolm should have fought cocky Koki Kameda instead. Yamanaka is very solid southpaw and hard to beat.
