The Day the Earth Stood Still (a.k.a. Farewell to the Master and Journey to the World)
a 1951 American black and white science fiction film from 20th Century Fox, that stars Michael
Rennie, Patricia Neal,. the film was selected for preservation in the United States National Film
Registry as "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant."

plot/story - a humanoid alien visitor named Klaatu comes to Earth, accompanied by a powerful
eight-foot tall robot Gort, to deliver an important message that will affect the entire human race.

Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves is a 1944 adventure film starring Maria Montez and Jon Hall,
directed by Arthur Lubin. The film is derived from The Book of One Thousand and One Nights but
its story departs greatly from the tale of the same name and includes an actual historic event.

Plot -
The story begins in the immediate aftermath of the successful Mongolian conquest of Bagdad by
Hulagu Khan (Kurt Katch). The caliph Hassan (Moroni Olsen) has escaped captivity, together with
his young son Ali (Scotty Beckett), and prepares to regroup the renmants of his troops.

crime drama film written,directed by Peter Greenaway, starring Richard Bohringer, Helen Mirren
and Alan Howard in the titular roles. The film's graphic scatology, violence, and nude scenes,
as well as its lavish cinematography and formalism, were noted at the time of its release.

Plot =
English gangster Albert Spica has taken over the high-class Le Hollandais Restaurant, run by
French chef Richard Boarst. Spica makes nightly appearances with his retinue of thugs.
