Yes bro, taga Monkayo gyud ko pero diri lang sa Digos nagtrabaho. Panagsa ra kaayo ko mag-ulian didto bro, maayo nalang ug makausa every year. :( :(
Murag wala man tingali kahurotan ang bulawan sa Diwalwal bai kay hangtud karon sige pa gihapon ang mining. Ang ComVal gani naa nay Bulawan Festival. :) :)

There are a lot of tourist destinations in Davao. If you have the chance, come and visit Davao bro. Festivals, Beach Resorts, Gimik places, Apo Mountain climbing, Durian Festival, or just touring the downtown metropolis etc. Too many to mention. Best of all, its generally peaceful here. :D
naa pa ba ang GAP bai...??? when i was there...gasige kog balik-balik sa GAP kay nindot kaayo didto..... 8)

Naa gihapon ang GAP Farm. Same as before. Pero karon daghan na kaayo laaganan sa Davao, malibog na ka kung asa ka mo-una ug adto kung turista ka. :D

Ingredients:
2 tbsps. cooking oil
1 head garlic, minced
1 medium onion, minced
200 g. pork kasim, boiled & cut to strips
1 MAGGI Pork Broth Cube, crushed
2 cups pork broth
2 cups water
150 g. fresh miki, washed
100 g. pork liver, cut to strips
spring onions, chopped
chicharon, pounded (optional)
Instructions:
1. Heat oil and saute garlic until brown. Set aside, leaving only about 2 cloves in the pan.

2. Add onion, pork strips and MAGGI Pork Broth Cube, cook a few min.

3. Stir in pork broth and water. Bring to boil then add miki and liver. Simmer about 2 min. then serve topped with fried garlic, spring onions and chicharon if desired.

Tuna Sashimi

12 oz. ahi tuna steak (sushi quality)
1 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 cup chopped chives
1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
1/3 cup wasabi
1 tbs. rice vinegar
2 bunches watercress
2 cups pickled ginger

Cut tuna in thin slices, divide, and arrange on four large plates.

Cover with plastic wrap and keep chilled until ready to assemble.

Combine chives and garlic with soy sauce. Reserve. Mix wasabi and
rice vinegar to a paste consistency. Reserve. Wash watercress, trim
stems and pat dry with paper towels.

Assembly: Place watercress on top of tuna. Set pickled ginger and wasabi on each side of the watercress. Pour sauce around tuna and serve.
