yup. freddie roach is great in mapping out a strategy. obviously based from the reports banal run out of gas in the latter rounds. did he over train? if the report was true that banal logged a total of 300 rounds to prepare for the fight then that's too much. as far as i know pacman usually spars in the 120 rounds range each time he prepares for a fight. roach is great too in making adjustments as the fight goes on, i don't know if ala villamor has learned enough. i sensed that maybe ALA gym underestimated rafael concepcion that they didn't ask the help of freddie roach for that big fight. just my two cents. :)

roach trained abe, and look how fast abe looks in his recent fight. he doesn't move that fast in his previous fights.

Overtrain daw. You lose air if you overtrain or undertrain.

I think it would make a really big difference especially if Aj trained at L.A.

I think they should Hire Roach for Aj,,,
He has a great boxing skills but his coach didn't
develop it,,,

BANAL COULD HAVE WON IF HE JUST FOLLOWS MANNY'S ADVICE. "THROW A LOT OF COMBINATION". BUT FREDDIE WOULD BE A BIG HELP, DURING TRAINING AND FIGHT NIGHT

I'm now imagining that Pacquiao must be a trainer someday rather than a politician. Non sense comment anyway. lol. :D
