The boxers themselves should do their part too. They should not just believe the hyping and the unrealistic views of some groups about them that would make them over confident during the fight. They should know themselves and to what they are really capable of.

Stop over hyping. Because of too much hype, people and fans expect too much also. Thus if the result is the opposite then your fighters get the ire of the fans.
So don't worry. its only one defeat. there are still more coming. Get use to it. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: Think of it positively.

dont you know that the media hypes the boxer not the boxer and the management, dont you know that? if the media hypes the boxer would it be the boxers fault?

They should "kill" themselves in training just like what Manny Pacquiao does.

Info on Potassium:

-"Potassium is an electrolyte that is critical to the function of nerve and muscles cells, including those in your heart."

-"Having a very low level of potassium (less than 2.5 mEq/L) can be life-threatening and requires emergency medical attention. Signs and symptoms of low potassium include:

* Weakness
* Fatigue
* Muscle cramps"

-"Athletes also may need more potassium to replace that lost from muscle during exercise and the smaller amount lost in sweat. Low potassium can cause muscle cramping and cardiovascular irregularities. Eating foods high in potassium can prevent these symptoms. One cup of orange juice, a banana or a potato is sufficient to replace the potassium lost during one to two hours of hard exercise. Sport drinks are poor sources of potassium."

-"Potassium works with sodium to maintain the body's water balance."

-"The recommended daily potassium intake (for the regular individual) is 4.7 grams a day. Athletes involved in prolonged, hard exercise may require more potassium a day."
