of course heart and mental toughness can be instilled by the coach to his athlete. he can learn this knowledge from sports psychologists.

it is hard to explain "world class" or "low class" unless you are an athlete. if you are, then you know what it means.

And these factors should be under the close eye and supervision of their trainers during a fighters preparation for a fight. :?
