this is an eye opener for managers and trainers.

since we are pinning our hope on our young prospects.
this is a very difficult task winning a championship belt.

it is but normal to young people to easily be bullied, intimidated, broken down and give up.
the role of manager and trainer comes into play here.
they need to condition the mind and body to a new level.

maybe they just want to follow what manny pacquiao did when he captured his 1st championship belt at a very young age of 19..
