AJ Banal's young body is not yet ready to take heavy punishment maybe, nutrition and conditioning method might not be handled by an expert.

I agree, During Manny's earlier years He is vulnerable to body shots.

Too much hopping weakened his legs..Too much body shot wakened his body. Not accustom to going 12 rounds. Too young to handle adversity. Give cred to Concep he gave AJ his first loss indeed. I saw a bit of Concep on youtube and slow upload. Btw. Concep is not a bad fighter. Definitely someone to not understimate. AJ will be back. He is just 19..

Overconfidence + Lack of gameness (hina ng loob) is the reason why he lost steam, got KDed and then quit.

AJ Banal is smart by quiting at round 10,if not he will recieve more punishment and faint inside the ring.

Edito "Ala" Villamor was a boxer and i think a 3 time world title contender,(i respect him for that) but he is never a world champion, he is making the talents of the ALA boys the same with him, a world title contender but not a world champion. I think here are things perhpas they can check: (1) the training regimen which includes the diet and nutrition, (2) the trainer, replaced it with someone who can make them a champion not just a world titile contender, someone they can afford better the Edito, thy can get a conditioning coach if they want..Aj Banal and Boom-Boom are world class talents look how they Box, but then again they need better mentors, who can impart them how to become a world champion not just a mere mediocre trainer..

Let's take our brain to another level folks. What's so mysterious about taking a hundred clean hard body punches? I just saw the fight this morning for the first time and I could see how hard the body punches were landing without having a replay. A piece of chicken won't help you stand to that. Maybe a little bit of defense such as blocking would help him next time!~

Ba't pag filipino maraming dahilan. Keso overtrained, nutrition, etc, etc. Ayam aminin, maraming palusot.

Kaya natalo is Banal dahil mas magaling si Concepcion. Hindi naman pwedeng magaling si concepcion ay talo siya kay Banal.
Minsan, accept the truth and praise the other boxer.
tigilan na iyang kadadalamhati.
next time, magtraining ng husto. palakasin ang kamao, at patibayin ang dibdib at tagiliran.
Ang boxer para manalo, malakas at matibay.

banal maybe exhausted in making the 115 lb weight limit, they(ala) did not debulge it. banal is just 19, his body is still growing. remember pacman when he tried to get the weight limit he has a low stamina and was KOed by a body shot.

just an observation

no sabotage here. he just allowed too many legal and illegal body shots from concepcion which significantly weakened and slowed him down in the latter rounds.

Diet....

He was craving for tinola a week before the fight. He even went out of his gym and go to carenderia about 2 kms from ALA HQ.

They should hire dieticians and also study about carbo-loading. Post-weigh-in diet is important. ;)

maybe his body is still young that it can't take those hard blows.. he's still 19.. so maybe his body didn't develop that muscles and bones that are mature enough to take strong punches.. like manny when he was young.. he's vulnerable in the body..

AJ Banal lack Mental toughness and loss of heart, that cause him his stamina..
fatigue has big effect on mental toughness ..
He doesn't have the heart of a Champion..
he will become champion someday.. but it will not last long

ALA Boys is pampered

Boom2x, Gorrez and Etc.. they should experience the hard life that Pacman have in order to be tough mentally

Frustration. Frustrated that the referee allowed such a dirty tactics. Hence AJ losses focus. Mental anguish and frustration quickly drains your strength and stamina.
