Tips for ALA:

1. Put God first before anything else
2. Hire Trainer Freddie Roach
3. Hire Asst. Trainer Buboy Fernandez
4. Transfer from GBP to TOP RANK
5. Transfer from "kapamilya" to "kapuso"
6. Change gym name ALA to WILD CARD
7. Change your traditional black trunks to white or red trunks (lucky sa chinese)
8. Change your nutritionist
9. Hire a Psychologist
10. Donate blessings to poor

Anymore tips Paclanders??? :D

Bro, don't be so mean. There are a lot promising fighters which is their only hope is boxing. And this kind of gyms gave opportunities for young boxers.

STOP the arrogant approach in hyping the boxers!!!

Believing in success without proof is plain arrogance!!!

Arrogance in sports makes the fighters think that they are good without work and makes them underestimate the skills of their opponents like Boom Boom underestimating DPDL's power punches LOL!

This arrogant approach is coming from the top. Who is arrogant? The owner? the son? the trainer? or the fans?

If they don't stop that approach, they will have a hard time winning!

If it is World Championship fights..train at the Wild Card Gym in which freddie Roach is the trainer.

Noted bossing!

seriously,
Im sure ALA, AJ and other fighters learned a lot from this defeat.
They should pick up things and reorganize the mistakes made.
Forget the past and look forward for improvement.

Conditioning should be their number one priority right now. Maybe also hire a dietician when their fighters are in training. They'll figure it out.

Some fighters in the ALA stable could be airheads. There's one in particular that I know coz I met him in person. AJ is not one of them. The kid came from humble beginnings and has stayed grounded...trust me.

Teach your fighters how to clinch when hurt. Learn how to use dirty tactics... as least when the occasion calls for it..
