STAY YOUR FEET ON THE GROUND :D

Some fighters in the ALA stable could be airheads. There's one in particular that I know coz I met him in person. AJ is not one of them. The kid came from humble beginnings and has stayed grounded...trust me.

Set on a very high pedestal, sobrang taas din ang bagsak.

1. Learn how to clinch when hurt! Gorres loss to Montiel and AJ's loss all points to the same reason.
2. Konting gulang! Kulang tayo sa gulang. Si pac muntik na matalo ginulangan ni sanchez and hussein. Pag si jawo natuto lang magboxing, world champ un cgurado

Gorres tried to clinch against Montiel but was deducted a point without a warning. :D

For both Gorres and Banal....conditioning is the key.......the talent is there but they turn into a dela hoya in the later rounds........

change and remove d chief trainer Edito "ALA" Villamor. he was a boxer, a 3 time world contender, never a world champion, and he is making the ALA boys the same as he "only a world conteder never a champion"..Hire someone else better than him, like roach or someone better that they can afford..

...as i said in my previous post, they need to revise their training program, that includes overhauling their training staff, hire knowledgeable conditioning coach and nutritionist...

I was discouraged with the ALA stable, they have the talent, but they don't have the trainer to make a world champion. poor AJ! and poor Boom-Boom

I don't know whose fault It is but I think the boxer should know all his responsibilities during the training. If his trainors made a mistake on tactical training procedures, the boxeer should adjust knowing his capabilities. A boxer should remember that a match will not always be a maximum 6 rounds. I don't beleive Banal has trained hard or was overtrained.
