I don't know whose fault It is but I think the boxer should know all his responsibilities during the training. If his trainors made a mistake on tactical training procedures, the boxeer should adjust knowing his capabilities. A boxer should remember that a match will not always be a maximum 6 rounds. I don't beleive Banal has trained hard or was overtrained.

They seem to fold against pressure fighters. Pac could not be "pressured" by Diaz because he fired a lot, was accurate and did not get tired. On the occasions that Diaz was able to get inside and tried to move Pac back Manny just stood his ground without much holding, and they had no choice but to break. Conditioning seems to be most important though. It looked almost bizarre how AJ just stayed down when he did not look badly hurt.

Teach your fighters how to clinch when hurt. Learn how to use dirty tactics... as least when the occasion calls for it..

Right on the spot...
If their dirty, be dirty as well and they should have gotten a different referee.
The opposing side is from S. America and same with the ref. Same thing what happen with Gorres when he fought Montiel.

better transfer your gym to mount apo like mexicans way of training. they mostly train their boxers to high altitude grounds that's why they are mostly could over even beyond 12 rounds of boxing. ALA gym seetled in mandaue city which is one of a highly polluted city in our country because of many factories out there that could affect to the health of their boxers.

see what happened to AJ. :banghead:

Keep the faith and ignore the fake fans who are quick to criticize you in defeat.

My tips:

1. Move the gym in the mountains (elevated and secluded). Boxers shouldn't jog in city roads ( risk of accident plus air pollution)
2. Hire experts (dietitians or conditioning coaches). or they can sponsor a scholar to study these matters.
3. Give focus to amateur boxers (Ala's style is really good for 4 rounders and point system)
4. Hire Mexican trainers (they know how to teach dirty tactics and counter such practices)
5. Stop trying to make boxers as the next Manny Pacquiao (Such people comes only once in a generation)
6. Protect your boxers from hype (No interviews if possible...only during the official press con. You can hype him to the public without the boxer knowing it.)
7. Hire better watchers ( AJ was able to go to a nearby food establishment without proper supervision)
8. If the boxers isn't ready, do not show his fights on TV. (People will start to lose interest on them)
9. Stop giving boxers nickname related to explosions. Animals or creature that devour will do. (Boom-boom, Bazooka)
10. Start using white or red trunks. Black maybe unlucky. :)

ALA is so mayabang when they had JMM won by a point against PACMAN.

FOR BAZOOKA.....naubos ang kanyang pulbura..........meaning he can't keep on fighting a Brawler.
muntik na si Z Gorres when he fought Darchinyan.
