People are bashing AJ BANAL in particular and ALA in general because those people who are half baked pinoys...they don't even know that calling AJ singlehandedly is indeed calling the entire Filipino people out....shame on this kind of people :banghead:

That's because we're not all Cebuanos ...duh

So do you have some quarrel with Cebuanos? May problema ka sa mga bisaya?

Some of your posts are biased against Visayans.

We can be the undercard in the next AJ Banal bout. I will knock you out during the weigh in.

nako grabe naman pala ka hambugan nyang AJ na yan, sobra sobra ang hambog talaga!!!

seriously.. i think you should learn the difference between being confident and being boastful.
you should remember this is boxing. statements like that are very normal. just because Manny doesn't say things like that, doesn't mean its not the norm lol its a fighting sport not a prayer rally.

to everyone saying change the trainer. i think its too late. i doubt even freddie roach, garcia or the mayweathers could make him an elite fighter. he's just simply not born with the talent and potential. but lets stop at that. he lost, that's it. no need to fling around insults and downgrading words. lets not add insult to injury.
he's a fighter. maybe doesnt have the bravest heart and the talent. but he still is a fighter and deserves respect. warrior yan. kayo ano kayo??

The reason why bash AJ so much because he's too cocky "AKA mayabang" then when he talks he already declared a sure win or KO victory then in the end he's the one fall in his own mouth.

ok surely hes not a special boxer like manny or nonito.
i never thought he would make it to the elite level even during those times he was being touted as the next pacquiao.
but why all these bashing and attacks? as far as i know, AJ is not as hambog as boom boom.
he's just a simple boxer who tries his best(even though his best isnt enough) to fight and earn money.

give some respect. no matter how he sucks in the boxing ring. a filipino fighter deserve some respect. except the hambog ones that arent really good but keep on boasting.
the last time i heard he is the next Filipino champ coming out of ala stable, what happen now?

mentioning Banal name alongside with Manny or Nonito is I think a no brainer

banal's speed and power is just above average and his toughness is questionable. against a fighter who can punch and can take a punch, he is done. nietes, who is less popular in ala stable has toughness that banal doesn't have. also, banal and bautista were feed with tomato cans and that's why they end up losers against elite fighters. ala stable should look for fighters with natural toughness and fighting spirit with either superior power or superior speed and don't hype or else your fighters will just end up journeyman.

Why not? After shaming all pinoys when he quit against Concepcion? He deserves it. Only few rounds left and he was even ahead on the scorecards. He did not suck it up to finish the fight. He quit. I wonder what the handlers of this boxer was thinking when they still insisted on managing this boxer. If only referee Weeks asked Banal if he still wanted to continue, I am sure he could have quit again. Blessing in disguise for him the referee just stopped the fight or else it would have been the second time Banal quit.

Easy for you to say that coz you're not the one fighting. Think of this man, AJ was fighting for you at all cost. Had he won, You'd be praising the high heavens for a job well done. Or perhaps the least is congratulating him. But because he failed, you bashed him.

He may have lost the fight but I'm not ashmed, As what you think most pinoys were, about it but rather I'm proud for AJ. Simply because he is not Hambugero and he did all he can do to try to win.
