AJ has been derided the past few days for his loss against Thai contender Pungluang Sor Singyu. Please hit the brakes on your frustrations and encourage him instead to move on and become a better person (boxer, if you like)

So AJ, stop crying over your recent loss. I believe that your Championship Belt was merely delayed by a year or 2 more. If you wan to move on---

1/ Swallow your pride and accept that you lost to pareng Pungluang Sor Singyu, fair and square. He was the better man that night.

2/ Do not become a bitter man. There is no way to go but UP from now on.

3/ Study your fighting style, improve your skills and work harder than before.

4/ Be confident of your physical attributes. These are your main weapons atop the ring. Use them properly.

5/ Stop facebooking.

Ito lang muna. Mga bro paclanders, please share your positive thoughts this time ;)

1. one step back... two steps forward...
2. from the late mr. miyagi (pat morita) of the karate kid movie: 'no such thing as bad student... only bad teacher... teacher say... student do...' ... or is it the reverse?
3. there is only one way to go after falling down... that is, if you prefer to stay down...
4. build your own opportunity rather than wait to grab on to something if it ever comes at all...
5. on the bitterness: learn to lick it... then suck it all up...

1. Go back to school while you are young.

2. Next time you fight for a title, it must be in Japan or foreign land. Maybe you are better without the supposed home court advantage.

3. Learn how to dance... Do zumba and you might learn new moves.

4. Offense gives you a world ranking but defense wins championships. ;)

5. Win one as an undercard, it has been a long time...

Banal is still young, he still got a chance, there are boxers have loss on their early career that becomes great fighters example: James toney, Glenn Johnson, Orlando Salido. Even JMM and bernard Hopkins loss on their first fight of their career, but look at them now one of the greatest. and another is Sergio Martinez, came from nowhere and when he turns 35yrs old he is beating those top fighters in his division left and right.

Banal should go back from a scratch, train harder and not lose his hope. only 23 he got 30 fights. too early to retire.

Prove to yourself that you can do it even without the help of ALA. Don't expect too much, you're not there yet. 8)
