TS, what's your credentials to give advice to AJ Banal? Please post it here.

This is my thread, and I am not looking for MBA or PhD grads to post some advice for AJ Banal. Being a Paclander and an ordinary Filipino boxing fan is sufficient. Any positive suggestions or encouraging words should do. ;)

putik kailangan pa ba ng credentials dito para mag comment or mag post? mods paki bura mga post ko magtataho lang po ako

Banal just have to be himself and stop putting too much pressure on himself. Not every win has to end in a k.o. study the video of his fights and change old bad habits like eliminating unnecessary movements to save energy and work harder to improve stamina. lastly, he needs to be patient.

This is an expert's advice so far. I think you have a deep knowledge in boxing for spotting the weakness of AJ.

i think its not about the heart but the stamina and his boxing style.. knowing the fact that he lacks stamina, his style makes it more of a problem. it drains a lot of energy.. example is his wide stance and his ducking defensive style. .. all in all, even if you have a heart of a lion but your body cannot keep up, its still useless.. there is a saying "the mind and heart is willing but the body is weak".

AJ, you need to have a "high altitude training" so that you can improve your stamina and conditioning until the end of the 12round fight.

He has to be a lot smarter in the ring. Not everyone has the ability to change styles on the go specially when their already in the ring. This is why having an experienced cornerman will come in very handy to show you what you need to do to counter what your opponent is doing base on his boxers capabilities.

Banal is still young. Its not the end of the world nor of his career. Not everyone can be Pacquiao or Donaire.

Kaibiganin nya si Pungluang Sor Singyu tapos sabay sila mag train baka mas may future sya sa trainer ng Thai, hehehe... joke only. ;)

Well, for AJ it's not yet time. Work harder and make sure once you get that belt you can surely defend it many times cause with the kind of stamina you displayed... kulang pa.

"bay hipolito, ayaw jud ug huna-huna ambak sa mactan bridge.
banal, don't you ever think of doing something foolish because
it's not the end of the world yet after that heartbreaking defeat.
think positive, look forward to the future and you'll find that boxing
isn't the only thing in life to make you and your family happy."

kana brad korek na korek, drink bahal, kulafu or fighter wine first before going to fight because it helps him (banal) to be stronger.
