banal, hwag kang ma discourage sa mga talo mo ganyan talaga ang buhay. and mas maayong masayod ka nga ang usa ka kapildihan batok sa usa ka mangilngig nga kontra mas dungganan pa kay sa kagatosan ka daog batok sa way hinungdan kontra (one defeat against a highly tough fighter is better and great than a hundred victories over the bums). so walay angayan ika discourage. be proud!

bahalag mamatay taliwala sa pakig-away kay sa mabuhi ka tungod sa imong pagtago tungod sa imong kahadlok. (better to die in a war than to live by hiding because of fears... (a message to banal and most of all to the coward boxers like floid-roid)

I know AJ has been reading this site every now and then.

Bai AJ, we all hope that you learned a lesson in this fight, just take it easy. This boxing career is just one of many chapters in your life. Motivate yourself next time and train even harder.

Do your Jog in High Hills like Cebu TOPS and not in the side of the road that you're inhaling all the dust from public and private vehicles. :lol: :lol: :lol:

1st. take your bags and get out from the ALA promotions..

2nd. Find a suitable trainer that will enhance your boxing skills, train in a high altitude to improve your stamina to last for 12 rounds..

3rd. Stay out of Facebook and other social networking sites..Keep your spirits high and don't lose hope..

4th. learn some new boxing techniques, don't just attack your opponent with your guard down..take some advice on Donaire on defense and counter attack

Try and try until you succeed. Learn your lessons from the loss and use them to improve your fighting style and start winning again. :)
