No doubt AJ 'Bazooka' Banal is one of the most talented fighters to ever grace the Philippine boxing scene. He cruised to victory against most of his opponents. Yet when he fought against championship caliber rivals, he failed. Twice he attempted and twice he failed.

D'Source's take --

"a lot of these boxing writers know nothing about fighting.. never been in a fight.. nor ever even had the balls to defend themselves with their fists. so to say one fighter lost because he has no heart, coming from a shrimp behind a lap top... i mean... how the hell should you know? just asking." If we are to base it on DSource's standards, I say Dsource should stop writing blogs about boxing. He never fought either.
Should retired boxers be the ones writing articles about boxing? I don't think so. Boxers are not writers. They should not write.

DSource talking a lot of smack about Boss Shiva and other Pinoy writers. He thinks he is better than every one else. What is the guy smoking now?

here are some of them from his FB page-

"it takes a lot of heart and guts just to step in the ring.. ad i know these fuckin writers.. id whoop these ppl im talking about in a one-on-one street fight.. yet when i see some off the things they write about fighters, im like.. where the hell did this fool get all his macho talk all of a sudden.

i was shaking my head the whole time i was reading it.. im like, who the hell does this person think he is. i know AJ Banal.. Ive been with him.. seen him train.. fight.. everything.. Ive seen him almost die in the ring and just will himself to finish a fight.. is it heart when a fighter gives it his all, and simply falls to a better and stronger foe? did you see Banal's loss??? he didnt have anything left to give. what the hell, you want the guy to die in the ring? get the F outta here.

a lot of writers think just because u can put a fancy sentence together that that's what writing is.. nah, pigga', it's your message. u can beat around the bush all u want with poetry and prose, but if u dont know what the hell ur talkin bout, better just stay home and eat ur vegetables."

I agree! Plus I just lost respect to this guy D'Source, calling fellow Writer a shrimp behind a laptop to make a point is uncalled for! I wonder if he ever laced boxing gloves himself; disrespectful Writer is what I think about him now!
