Abe needs a break.

He needs to go back in the training board and starting fighting journeyman to regain his confidence and hone his skills.

Then he needs to win a regional or minor world title before he fights in the big leagues again.

Otherwise he will turn into a glorified gate keeper journeyman used to pad the records of up and coming boxers.

just basing on the penalosa -deleon fight, abe will win against ponce.this is the best comeback fight for concepcion.he doesnt need any more easy fight because at a young age of 22 hes already a veteran.but the problem here is that ponce is handle by golden boy and abe is with top rank.another good fight for abe is celestino caballero of panama.eventhough abe is giving up in height in reach,if abe could strum those ribs from the lanky panamanian he will have a good chance.

the featherweight is loaded of good talents right now.there is juanma, yurirorkis gamboa, rafa marquez, celestino caballero, chris john and the rising gullermo rigondeaux.if im abe i will move up to superfeatherweight and hone his skills there.there are no familiar names in this division so abe could stay there and when those featherweights aformentioned come up he will be there to ambush them.i still believe in abe and if he could reconnect with freddie roach he will be ok.

The best title for this match up could be

"The FloorSweepers"

a good match-up...
on the side note I still believe Abe will be a world champion in the near future...

i think he can too but on the condition that he will slide down or move up from the division where juanma and gamboa is fighting!
he can shoot for the other 2 ABC titles, WBC or IBF.

POWER FOR POWER , could be a nice title.
Unless Abe won't develop good body and head movements plus excellent footwork,
he is in danger fighting a powerful puncher like De Leon.
His chance will be " he who hits first the strongest punch " which applies to PDL also.
He must also stop mimicking Pacquiao while on the ropes 'cuz Pac is as hard as granite.
Indeed, this will be a great match up sans the different promoters of both.

same tactics, same stunt, everything is the same the way Conception fought in the ring....walang pagbabago.
They need to have more JOBS!
Head movements!
Foot work and speed punch!
And Condition that may last in 15 rounds!
Even thou you train hard and apply it inside the gym...BUT YOU CANNOT DO IT INSIDE THE RING! Its an attitude problem

No wonder why Roach never wanted to train this guys!

Most Filipino Boxers relay on their Knockout PUNCH........ 20 percent of winning!

Abe vs Israel Vasquez while JuanMa takes on Rafael Marquez.

The winners fight each other next year ;)
