Fast forward to 4-26-08. Bernabe Concepcion KO’d the very game
Torrence Daniels in the 2nd rd. With Daniels against the ropes,
Conception unleashed combos that may well have KOd any given
boxer. The match was uneven from the start. Daniels simply
had no business in the ring . He was just an unfortunate
sacrificial lamb who promoter Bob Arum has put in front
for the promising young Conception. Conception was simply
too strong for the american marine.

Bob Arum’s plans for Conception should come into fruition soon.
A possible clash with bantamweight kingpin Israel Vasquez lies in
the near future. Or maybe against mexican Ponce De Leon who
has defeated philippine’s Rey Bautista (KO 1st rd) and Gery
Penalosa (decision). Whatever the future hold for holds for the
Conception, all the intangibles are there, Yes he has tasted defeat
but also has the inspiration of Manny Pacquaio, (who also tasted
2 defeats in his early boxing years) http://www.boxingstyle.com

If your idea of having a "fighting spirit" is going at it devil-may-care-immagonna-whoop -yoass-if-it-kills-me, Abe doesn't have that. He thinks, adjusts, boxes if he needs to, attackes when he needs to...calm and composed - maturity is VERY rare in young fighters.

BC still has a lot to learn, he must improve, if you watch his fight with Ortiz, He was not good enough with a fighter like Ortiz, He won but not with flying colors! hope he review that fight and correct where he failed.

There were times times when there were opening in Ortiz defense, but BC missed to take the opportunity.

Anyway, he is improving.

Con·cep·ción Listen to the pronunciation of Concepción
Pronunciation:
\ˌkōn-sep-ˈsyȯn\
Function:
geographical name

city S central Chile population 216,061

--or--- hope not this one. Although it seems that you want to portray Arum as a caring BF or husband to him :biglaugh: joke only!

1 a (1): the process of becoming pregnant involving fertilization or implantation or both (2): embryo, fetus :peace:

"maturity is VERY rare in young fighters."
yup, only concepcion and banal have this.
call it fluke, the meaning of both family names are of religious nature.
God bless and more power to both of them.

Hmmm, If you mean BC as in Bernabe Concepcion, I don't think he faced anybody named Ortiz, Ruiz maybe. Now if you are refering to BV as in Brian Villoria, he did face an "Ortiz" and the fight only lasted a few minutes.
