definitely a big NO! the fact that david diaz lasted for nine rounds before he was KOD is the BIG Answer!! DDD is a natural bigger fighter than manny... that is the very reason why DDD lasted for nine despite of the fact that he recieved a lot of punishments from manny since from the very first bell and almost every second of the rounds.. It proves that as the boxer goes up in weight and faces a much bigger opponent, the result is not the same as he was in a lower divisions.. had the performance of manny against DDD happened at 130, the fight could have ended in rounds 1 to 3..
On December 07, MP is going to face the biggest opponent of his life.. BIG OSCAR!!! much bigger than DDD.. let my explanation above be the guiding light!!!
Well, there is a possibility! But I agree that it will be hard. And I can't see Pac being overly aggressive against Oscar either. But if Pac cuts Oscar early just like Diaz (Oscar is a rich mofo now and gets facials every day so his skin is softer than a baby's behind) there is a chance Pac can KO him in the later rounds. It also depends on Pac's conditioning. In his fight vs. Diaz, he trained hard, but obviously as he stated, it wasn't his best training cause he knew he can beat Diaz and just did enough to win. Realize that this will also be Pac's 2nd fight under his new strength and conditioning coach, so yea, you can never underestimate what 5 to 10 pounds of lean mass and power can do to an already powerful slugger.
