what media container? avi 3gp mpeg 3g2 etc? i could probably rotate the video and re-size it to the weird 240x320 resolution, shouldn't take long on my computer.

thanx i tried using sony vegas to cut the unnecessary part like the national anthems coz it took too long and US part irritates me...but when i started rendering it to new file(240X320 avi)using Cinepak Codec by Radius it took 5 hrs to re encode...my plan s after vegas i want to re encode it again using xilisoft to divx file to reduce its size... 240X320 2.6" is really not proportion for movies, but its the screen resulotion for my fone...
