I think so, Manny hit harder than EM and the results he TKO MAB. EM hit manny more than Manny hit MAB coz the fight with MAB did not reach to 12 rounds whereas the fight with EM was ended in 12 rounds. If Tito can hit as hard as Manny then he could have flattened ODLH to the canvass. :) :)

LMAO..

How about Pac VS JMM 2 bro? Do you think Manny hit JMM more than he hit Oscar? :lol: :lol: :lol:

Oh yes bro. he did, thats why he knocked him down 4 times, and we are talking here the power of Pacquiao as welterweight not a superfeatherweight or featherweight. If it is JMM on the shoes of Oscar that would be an early KO. i hope you got my point bro. :)

bet to all, because of all of this bla bla, there will be a big big rematch that would be the biggest ever in terms of ppv and purse. LAST FIGHTS ARE THE REMOTEST THING IN THEIR M IND. TINK OF ME DOCHIT IF MY PROPHECY WONT MATERIALIZE.

LOL.. Did JMM go down 4 times in the 2nd fight?

According to your logic, if a fight goes full 12 rounds, the winner of that fight would have definitely hit the loser more than the winner of a fight that ended in a stoppage.

Now, Pac VS JMM 2 ended in a split decision. Same with Oskie VS Tito. Do you really think Manny hit JMM more than he hit Oskie? Well.. He obviously didn't..

Let me refresh your memory bro.. Here's what you said:

I dont think so, trinidad won by decision against Oscar and that means he hit Dela hoya more punches than Pacquiao. If you are going to count on how many punches did Pacquiao connected to Oscar and compare it with the punches of Tito that hit Oscar from round 1 to 12 then you would probably know how hard those punches of Pacquiao are.

We're no longer talking about Pac's power. But rather, who hit ODLH more. Pac or Tito? And according to you, coz Tito and Oskie went full 12 rounds, Tito hit Oskie more than Pac did...

Oh sorry bro. JMM - Pac fought in a 24 rounds for that 4 knocked downs. bro. dont go back to featherweight, Lets Pacquiao as a welter, look at the record of Pacquiao when he moved up in weight, he won by stoppage. my comparison here is Pacquiao's power as welter. But if you insist JMM-Pac 2 issue, well all i can say is that JMM is not a standing target for Pacquiao's power. Believe me that if those hard punches will only connect i think JMM will be KO.

What do you mean by that? is it not true that more rounds the more punches? or are looking talking the quality of punches or percentage of connection?

That's why I asked you if Pac hit JMM (in the 2nd fight) more than he hit Oskie.

Or even a simpler one:

Do you think PBF hit ODLH more than Pac did?

Well.. If your logic is correct, then I guess PBF did...

Oh yes I'll stick to it, maybe you can compare the score at the end of 12 rounds and the score after the end of 8 rounds... thanks for taking so much time for this.. back to work muna.. :) :)

I understand and got your point but I'm hoping too that JMM camp will give their reason (excuses)why 1 judge made a mistake in scoring thereby denying Pacman the W in the first fight. It may not be a KO or TKO for Pacman but at least it's still a W. Twice W against a good and great loser was supposed to be the record now. :)

JMM said he was robbed.. I wouldn't classify that as an excuse... I call that "whining"...

The "cheap socks" issue was more of an excuse... And a lame one at that... :D

Why wasn't Pac man enough to say that his opponent was just very well conditioned and adjusted to him very well? Can't handle his pride?

Most people here are just too quick to bash fighters for making "excuses" while their very own GOD did the same thing (even worse, IMHO).

i think uchiha is right on this.
no offense meant to nuthuggers but.....
pac's "cheap socks" and broken hand excuse on the first jmm fight is a lame one indeed. :biglaugh:

What I'm pointing here is he use JMM instead of the topic boxer. JMM camp may be quiet (keep it to themselves) and offer no excuses with that judge stupidity but we're not that naive. Are we? :)

Heehehee!! The tale of excuses and reason from the first PACMAN Vs. JMM fight!

This time coming from the ref, Mr. J.Cortez!

Joe Cortez: “Marquez’s comments are unfounded!” ,his reason(excuses) why Pacman got just a draw in the first fight.
By Luis Torres (08-Feb-2009)http://fightfan.com/2009/02/joe-cortez-marquezs-comments-are-unfounded/

Quote:
Referee Joe Cortez spoke to Puerto Rican newspaper Primera Hora about recent comments made by Juan Manuel Marquez criticizing the potential selection of Cortez as referee for his Feb. 28 fight against Juan Diaz.

“Marquez should apologize because those comments are completely unfounded,” said famed referee Joe Cortez about recent comments from Juan Manuel Marquez accusing him of being an enemy of Mexican fighters. “My best friends are Mexicans and I even have Mexican relatives. I really don’t know where those comments come from. If I were the enemy of Mexican fighters I wouldn’t have given Juan Manuel Marquez the chance to keep fighting when he was knocked down three times in the first round against Manny Pacquiao. I allowed him to continue and he put up the fight of his life.”

JMM excuses really annoys people, Can he explain his excuses why that judge made a mistake in scoring the 3 kds.
:D

JMM's excuses and whining are indeed annoying.

But we shouldn't forget that this thread is about Oskie and Manny.. :D

When I wrote about Pac's "cheap socks" issue, my intention wasn't to compare Pac and JMM... It was to show our fellow Paclanders here what an excuse is,how their GOD did it, and how lame his excuse was.

Before that post, I've seen so many people here bashing Oskie, saying that he's just making excuses for his loss, when in fact, those things that he said weren't excuses. He clearly admitted that he couldn't defend himself from Pac's assaults. It was like saying Kobe Bryant beat me coz he's always making his shots and I couldn't stop him... :) Otherwise, if he said that he was drained, unprepared, distracted, etc., then I would say he's making excuses...

No need to compare Pac and JMM on the excuses and whining department bro... JMM, IMHO, is the undisputed winner in that part.. :)

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
He feels lucky that Manny doesn't hit hard????!!!! Look at his face and the beatdown that he received from Manny for 8 rounds, it would have been better if he was knocked-out with one punch. It would have been less painful for him physically and his wife emotionally! He could have been seriously hurt with the amount of punches he took.
