The Mayweathers believe that Manny has not, so this is one of the reasons they took this fight. Sr have been vocal about it.

Will this be a factor as fight progress? I am hoping that Manny learned his lessons and not overly commit on his attacks, just like he did the Dela Hoya fight throwing 1, 2, 3 combinations and gone. This is the perfect strategy for Manny on this fight. Manny has a habit of letting his opponent punch him, to test the power of their punches. He covers his face with two hands raise as "philly shell". That's what happened during the 4th fight with Marquez on round 2 and got knock downed then later in the sixth, he never recovered after another one punch.

Floyd has an underrated punching power and it is believed that he spent time in training to focus on this "right hand straight", knowing it will land somehow just like Marquez. They know they can never outpunch Manny, so this is their only best weapon.

Even Freddie acknowledge certain "habits" of boxers, as they tend to be exposed as strategy to win fights. One habit of Manny is the tendency to get frustrated when opponents run or avoid him. So he should expect Floyd to use this "running" strategy to frustrate him. Floyd doesn't mind the crowd if they boos him, all he cares is his "0" record, no matter what the outcome of the fight for him it is just a business, just another day at the "office", just another fight.

I think Mayweather accepted the fight because of 1 reason..
"Right straight counter"!

Marquez exposed Pacquiao weakness with the right straight!
And it is proven and noticeable that Manny still has that weakness.
When he fought Algieri and Bradley, it is proven that he is prone with that kind of shot.
Mayweather will focus on that weakness of Pac, and will use it as a blue print.. And hopefully he'll have a hard time capitalizing on it all night.

Regarding of his recovery for his 2012 KO against JMM.
I don't think it will be a factor for the fight..
Manny was never move by any circumstances...
in or out of the ring he is a fighter...
in or out of the ring he is a champion!

win or lose he is our champion!!

Good luck!! Go Manny!! :D

Bradley never landed a solid shots at Manny on their second encounter, this was also his strategy though. I am hoping that Manny will be more extra careful when he unleashes his attacks to never overly engaged and get carried away recklessly.

I personally believed that Mayweather will patiently wait for the right time and opening and I do hope, that "right time" won't come because he is already exhausted and frustrated of the bombardment he received and his eyes were both closed and bloodied.

Manny eats a lot of right straight from Bradley 2 and with Algieri.
Fortunately those 2 guys are not power puncher.
IMHO Mayweather got power that can KO Pac
hopefully he wouldn't connect!
and hopefully Pac can handle his power punch!
We'll see on Saturday...

No worries mga kabayan.
Pacquiao has learned his lesson from that Marquez fight.
He usually gets hit by a straight counter.
Well, that's the only available choice his opponents have given the angles PAC attacks.
PAC allowed Bradley and Algieri to do that because he knew they were powder punchers.
Cotto, Delahoya and Margarito were not as successful. Even Rios could not pull the right straight counter.
PAC and Freddie knew that they can't afford to give heavy handed guys a right straight counter.
That's why Floyd is trying to strengthen his right hand.
Try as he might he will eat a lot of left straight and right crosses that he will cry in his pops lap.
Watch!
Or he will run around like a chicken with no head just to avoid getting hit.
