and why he didn't fight Manny in that division then? you are just exerting more efforts to cover up your clear mental incapacity.

It's interesting to note… boxers from the past— dead or alive and current boxers— famous or infamous…
almost always reference themselves to Manny when it comes to their legacy.

It seems like Manny became the yardstick when it comes to gauging what these boxers accomplished in their boxing careers.

Those defeats were on the tail end of his career when he was 34 years old, and rafael marquez he's one tough sob. FYI Mark Johnson was known as "Too Sharp" thats why he scalped Fernando Montiel among others. I think you better watch how Montiel was running scared against this guy.

Did they ever criticize Floyd for fighting Marquez and coming in overweight? How about other catchweight fights?

They ignore the fact that even up to now, Manny weighs in BELOW the 147 limit, which means he really is small for the division. Who else has consistently done that and be the champion of the division? Who?

Kaya lang naman madada itong mga ito dahil marami ring Pinoy na panay ang dada at pintas kay Manny. Parang mga uncle tom na uunahin muna iyong hiya sa ibang lahi. Mga tanga.

well he is entitled to his own opinion.

mark johnson's words:
"There is no comparison. Let me tell you something: like I have said before, nobody called me out, I called them out. So, I didn't fight no dead men. I didn't have to pull the wool over anybody's eyes," said Johnson.
"I didn't have to pull the wool over the eyes of people who don't know boxing by fighting guys like Shane Mosley, Oscar De La Hoya and even all of those guys like Antonio Margarito. Them guys were already dead. Everybody I fought was alive."

whether a lot of top names avoided him as he claims will always be debatable..
just because he proclaims top fighters of his time ducked him does not make him any better.
eveyone he fought was alive? who? Ratanachai Singwancha ? LOL

mark too sharp never had a defining fight like manny has a barrera on his resume.
if he had won over his more significant fights versus rafa and johnny gonzalez, his comments would be taken more seriously.

pac's accomplishments at flyweight, super bantamweight, featherweight and super featherweight alone tops whatever mark has done his entire career.

quality wins over:
sasakul
ledwaba
barrera
morales
marquez

remove david diaz, oscar, hatton, delahoya, cotto, clottey, margarito and mosley on pac's resume

- yes mark there is no comparison because you don't even come close to a vic darchinyan or a fernando montiel.

the IBHOF standards must be so low nowadays or they were just kind enough to induct you.
:biglaugh:

you may have entered the HOF first but you and manny are not in the same class. not even close.
when manny enters the boxing hall of fame,
he'd be a hundred thousand notches above mark too sharp johnson.
:D

[quote="mucho"]kawawa naman si pac.One fight with JMM suddenly changed their perception about him. very undeserving. This is a wake up call.Huwag muna mag chicks. :([/quote

Marami kasing chicks na gustong maging "ninong" ng anak nila si Manoy eh.

But anyways, Johnson is a Pac fan and will bet his little savings on Manny. Nagpapataas lang ng betting payout yan...

I highly doubt that this Johnson would beat any of the highly competitive boxers that Pacquiao beat.
