Building a monument of Manny should be considered seriously. Michael Jordan already has one in Chicago. There is no reason why Manny shouldn't have one of his own in the Philippines.

It should be of a grand scale, with coach Freddie Roach and the always-loyal Boboy in the background.

Manny's a monument by himself. No need to make a sculpture besides, his story is just developing any efforts to install one is premature.

you guys are serious huggers..

but for real, i think manny is statue-applicable. and it may have been a joke to have buboy and freddie on there but i think that is a very good idea. they seem inseperable and i think such a statue will mean and represent selflessness, teamwork, dedication, love of sport for country.
such a statue would make sense 5 years after manny retires.
