Sin-o gid bala ang mas may manamit nga batchoy? ang iya ka Ted's or Deco's???



Daw indi gd ko b mka siling kong din gid sa ila ang mas maayo sa duwa... sa inyo panabor sin-o sa ila ang mka presentar sa iloilo's best batchoy??? :D

Ang Batchoy nga na tilawan ko nga manamit ang iya ka Ilonggo Grill or Casa Ilongga.
Pro bati ko, waay ni sya kinumalingking sang Batchoy dira sa Iloilo, nga wala ko pa matilawan. :D

Daw manamit gid man ang batchoy sa teds. Pero in some occassions, may maayo nga timpla ang casa ilongga. I think ara lang guid na sa pag nilaga sang tul-an. meaning, it all depends on the broth...caldo bala haw. the ingredients are just basically, to each his own. I've noticed also that some la paz batchoy ingredients include a portion of ginamos and evap milk in the soup. which actually makes it more succulent. Hmmm...if some of you have tried an authentic cantonese beef brisket with tendons wantan soup - ngau lam minh - (the hap chang version is by far the best, cheapest and easily available)...our la paz batchoy should even be more delicious if we only get to discover the broth made from them. GUtom nako a!
