last time, i picked his opponent calderon to decision him close. after seeing the fight, i think mayol's condition that night, both physical and mental, could've brought any other champ down, including sosa. he was not as intense and as sharp as he was against kyowa and solis, and i think he has upped his level a couple of notches higher, just enough to grab the elusive championship belt.

nov. 21 we are going to have another world champ. rodel mayol is gonna get his due. 8)

Mayol has the guts and the skills. But, I think he needs a knock out in order to win over Sosa. Let's hope that he does that.

mayol is already 28, but i think he's good for 3-4 more years. i even think he's got some room for improvement.

he'd be in the mix like juarez always is. 8)

Mayol is lucky enough to land another title fight considering his setbacks before. I wish him the very best and hopefully, he can wrest that elusive world title belt this time.
