This is not intended to be a catalyst to devide the two but more of an information drive to bridge the differences between them.......

You only need to look at Pacquiao and Nonito.

Pacquiao - Abandoned by his father as a child. He grew up and became successful and bought the same father a house. Flew him to Las Vegas to see him fight.

Nonito - His father and mother took care of him, and his father guided him to his first championship belt. When he became
successful, he abandoned his parents.

if nonito abandoned his parents which i highly doubt, its not because he didnt grow up in PI thats why hes capable of doing this. im sure alot of people who grew up in PI is capable of doing such things and maybe worse. point is, lets not generalize. i think his parents dont approve of his wife and probably wants him to get rid of her but he is just standing his ground. just because he doesnt listen to his parents wishes doesnt mean hes disrespecting. peace.

co-sign!!!

i think masyado lang madami sensitive at madrama sa Pilipinas. wherever you are, pinoys are pinoys. we should stop comparing and just appreciate. nobody perfect. nobodys better. lahat tayo pare pareho lang.

im working 10 times harder now than when I was in Pinas. not saying thats the case for everybody, but at the end of the day, any pinoy who is proud to be pinoy, regardless where you're from. to me is a TRUE PINOY. ppl who love to criticiz are just hypocrites and judgmental. theres ppl like that in all races. let the innocent cast the first stone. clean ur own backyard first. all of the cliches.. LOL

end of the day, wherever you are, you can better yourself through hard work, faith and more and more hard work.

Nonito's wife called the father a thief in public. She accused Sr. of stealing from his own son.
She also accused the rest of the clan of treating Nonito as a meal ticket.
So I think it's more than just an act of disapproval.
