BULL$H1T is what I say to all those who say that Cotto is better now than he was when he fought Pacquiao.

Here's the reason why:
1. Cotto is a lot slower now
2. Cotto is 3 years older now
3. Cotto less powerful now
4. Wear n Tear from Pacquiao beating
5. Psychologically not 100% anymore

In saying the above mentioned, Cotto is still my 2nd favorite fighter behind Pacquiao and I wish he beats the hell out of Floyd the racist tweety Mayweather!!!
Key for this fight is Cotto's left hook. Cotto's naturally left handed but was trained to fight orthodox. He should from time to time switch to southpaw stance to confuse mayweather's defense.

To fighthype and all those Pacquiao haters... Stop discrediting Pacquiao's win over Cotto by saying that Cotto now is better than Cotto that faced Manny Pacquiao. Cotto has always been a welterweight so stop the bullcrap and stop hyping this fight with Floyd with all this lies that Cotto is better now. Heck even Floyd discredits Pacquiao before by saying Cotto is not the same fighter after the lost to Margachito. So why all of a sudden Cotto is good again and dangerous for Floyd? Let's be fair and give credit when credit is due.

Please let's stop talking about fighters that Pacquiao has already beaten. They are already irrelevant. :biglaugh:

On the other hand, ironically, Pacquiao is much worse now than their last encounter. :? Even magnified multiple times after Marquez III fight.

If Cotto will be given a gifted decision against mayweather which is likely probable to happen
, he will then outplace Paquiao in the pound per pound rankings rendering a shameful damaging blow to Pacquiao's ego.
And Pacfans will lost their interest from their idol and may possibly despise him if that happens.

1. Cotto is a lot slower now
2. Cotto is 3 years older now

5. Psychologically not 100% anymore

Counterpoint:

1. Three fights ago, Mosley who got beat by Cotto during his prime, tagged Mayweather with a punch that he couldn't duck (literally). This shows that Mayweather was slower then and probably even much more slower now. Mayweather's long-interval of inactivity may work against him. Don't use it, you lose it.

2. Three years ago, Mayweather was 32. Last I check (today), to my surprise, Mayweather is no longer 32 but 35 (next week). I don't think Father Time stops for anyone. And get this. I found out that Mayweather is 4 years older than Cotto, as well.

3. After his loss to Pacquiao, he stopped his last 3 opponents, capped by his revenge victory of the UN-LOADED Margarito.

4. See number 3. Cotto didn't show it in his last 3 fights.

5. Coming to this fight, Mayweather is probably more psychologically handicapped than Cotto. How do I fear thee? Let me count the ways: Going to jail right after the Cotto fight (Watch your behind, Floyd), Pacquiao's deposition and ongoing court battle (may be $ Multi-million damages), going wild & crazy about (Asian, not Black) LIN-SANITY, LIN-CREDIBLE, LIN-DERELLA and the idea of Pacquiao meeting the talk-of-the-town, just to name a few.

1. Cotto doesn't have footwork that time.
2. Cotto is 31, Floyd is 34.

What the hell are your talking about?

your counter is off-topic. TS is talking about Cotto and ur defending TBF.

This guy has a negative reputation here in Pacland. Why would he care for Nonito's reputation if he does not care for his own? This guy is a jinx.

I apologize if I got you confused with my post. I was merely responding to the following post by TS:

Like the TS, if you read again CAREFULLY and SLOWLY, you'd notice I was also talking/defending Cotto (like what you said of the TS) and therefore, relevant to the topic started. Furthermore, I believe Cotto is fighting Mayweather in May. Isn't he? Appreciate if you could point out the negative I mentioned about Cotto. So, how's that off topic? Hope you're not posting just to post. Like, muttering just to say something. Here's a re-post of my post. I'll let you have the last word.

Counterpoint:
