Dont you think Chavez is too light and skinny at 158? He used to come in at the 160 lb limit. He is the bigger man he should have come in heavier than Martinez. Your thoughts?

We'll see how strong his chin really is going against Martinez....I'm really pulling for Chavez but Martinez has been fire tested before.

I want to see a pretentious Chavez Jr. GTFO in round 1.
Enough with the circus in boxing.
All we need are real warriors and fighters.

Chavez always looks dead at the weigh in but he is bigger and stronger than his opponents come fight night..I dont know how they doing it but it works for him...

Chavez reacts to his opponents punches..that means, Martinez staying in the pocket throwing combinations will not be good for him...

Chavez by KO........I dont know, I just dont think Martinez can handle Chavez power....

I wonder why Alex Ariza has been so quiet for this training camp? Chavez Jr. actually looked in much better shape for his last fight versus Andy Lee, a fight in which Ariza was not training him. Now that Ariza is back it seems like Chavez lost his muscle definition and instead looks gaunt and dehydrated.

Pacquiao also lost some of his muscles during the Bradley camp and instead looked soft, which Ariza said was the plan to avoid cramping. But Manny lacked his usual speed and endurance, as he paced himself to fight hard for only 30 second bursts at the end of each round while resting for the first 2:30 minutes. It's like Manny didn't trust his conditioning to fight hard and instead waited until the final moments of the round to step up the pace and attack.

I don't know if Ariza is using different training methods or supplementation but lately Pacquiao and now Chavez Jr. have looked relatively poor at their weigh-ins compared to previous fights.

I am rooting for Chavez but I have big doubt if he wins.
