Banal just have to be himself and stop putting too much pressure on himself. Not every win has to end in a k.o. study the video of his fights and change old bad habits like eliminating unnecessary movements to save energy and work harder to improve stamina. lastly, he needs to be patient.

TS, what's your credentials to give advice to AJ Banal? Please post it here.

In an economic turmoil, not everything is down though I agree, what the h3ck is he gonna do here?

Build stamina and train with a better coach.

This is my thread, and I am not looking for MBA or PhD grads to post some advice for AJ Banal. Being a Paclander and an ordinary Filipino boxing fan is sufficient. Any positive suggestions or encouraging words should do. ;)

you have still lot of years in boxing. just add armor to your style. hit, run, grab, polish your setup and follow up punches, learn how to throw combinations from different angles ala pacman and train how to survive when your beaten up.

stop fighting in the pinoy pride series, fight in japan, fight in mexico.. wait for another title shot.. his boxing won't improve because he keeps on fighting bums.. fight all available former world champs @118.. those are true tests..
