Is Juan Manuel Marquez still in his prime at 39? Lee Clevelands asked this question in this article http://www.fightsaga.com/news/item/2773 ... -His-Prime. My answer is, Marquez will show his true age in his fight on Dec. 8 with Pacquiao. He will get knocked out. I'm not belittling his capabilities but he just stayed on too long. Lee Clevelands also cites the following fighters as examples of fighters above 35 and still performing well.

If these fighters continue fighting until 2014 all of them will get a beating from younger, hungrier fighters. They all had their time but you just cant beat father time.
