He will truly lose to Bradley the second time around.

Pacquiao is on the decline prolly because of his 35 years, wear and tear from the Marquez, Morales, Cotto, Margarito and Clottey fights; also he has not completely freed himself from distractions brought about by sustained religious pre-occupation and political engagements; and not to mention an improved Bradley coming from successful tussles with Provodnikov and Marquez is a different animal compared to last time.

However Manny has found renewed inspiration and a determination bordering on his do-or-die desire to use his victories to propel him to the Senate in 2016, he will create a new chapter of his boxing resume by producing an emphatic victory over Timothy Bradley. Itaga mo sa bato!

In my opinion, if Bradley moves like he did against Marquez, Pac will lose by decision. I also see Top Rank grooming Bradley to be their next superstar. Manny may have indeed lost his killer instinct and his fights are no longer as explosive as before so it already has hurt his marketability. So it's all up to Manny now. I want Manny to win by KO, but that would only happen if Manny proves to us that he can still be his old 'typhoon' self and shock Bradley.

I agree with most of observations here. The title of the thread is misleading vis a vis the explanation provided by the TS. It creates the impression of certainty in one's prediction pero pagdating sa explanation, nag-iiba na ang tono.

Fat chance. As I posted in another thread, Bradley doesn't have what it takes to achieve superstardom in the mold of Pacquiao, Mayweather and dela Hoya. He doesn't have the charisma of Pacquiao and dela Hoya and the colorful personality of Mayweather compounded with the fact that his body of work doesn't contain spectacular and highlight-reel KOs that would mesmerize the discriminating casual fans. A signature win is not a guarantee that a fighter will become the toast of the town and something that will catapult him to mainstream stardom. Such is the lesson learned by Hopkins after defeating dela Hoya while Pacquiao and Mayweather saw their fortunes improved dramatically after scoring victory over the Goldenboy. Marquez may have scored an emphatic KO over Pacquiao but it doesn't make him a superstar overnight. His last PPV fight didn't break the 400K mark and against Bradley at that. Bradley is a hard sell. He just doesn't have the fan-friendly style to win over fans. Kung siya ang inaasahang maging cash-cow ng Top Rank, huwag na lang. Lalangawin lang the Venetian Las Vegas niyan if he's the featured fighter.

I think biglang lumabo ang inglis natin ngayon, kuyang. And it's prolly because of those wear and tear
absorbed in those Donaire threads? :D
