Im with lavar on this one. Everyone with a half brain could tell that what he did was nothing. It's not like he brought a POW in Iraq home. Far from it. It was just a petty theft by stupid teenagers trying to look cool. Heck, even lavar himself could let those boys walk free. The shops were looking for publicity and now they got one.

I was in beijing when the UNIQLO fitting room sex scandal happened. For a month, the shop was packed. Now same thing is happening to these shops, locals are buying their products just to be in the trend. Win-win

And trump still looks stupid for helping petty thieves for thwir petty crime

even Stephen A Smith does not agree with the behavior of Lavar. He said Lavar should be grateful to the Pres. I agree too.
I watched Lavar being interviewed on CNN by Chris Comou..ugaling itim talaga si Lavar kahit hindi negrong negro LOL

Update after 21 games:

Upside
He has shown consistency in rebounds and assists. Well, I think the Lakers got it right in having a good playmaker if we base it on that category alone.

Downside
His outside shooting hasn't shown up yet. He can't space the floor properly if he is not a threat on offense. His 3-point percentage is only 25.7%, and worse, his free throw percentage is only 46.7% (and we thought Shaq was a bad free throw shooter).

He's gotta make his shots to be an effective point guard, especially in this era where spacing, pace, and shooting are emphasized.

Update after 30 games:

Definitely improved in the last few games, and has been shooting at a higher percentage. Still, the Lakers have not been winning a lot lately, although they had close games against the Golden State Warriors and a win against the Houston Rockets.

His 3 point shooting is 16/34 47% in his last 5 games, and 5/6 in his last game against the Warriors, that's 83.3 % that's better than Curry or Durant. When interviewed, he said his poor shooting was only in his head and he just feel more confident the past few games. It means the white noise, ie media, is gone in his head.

Considering that he was picked second in the draft, he is definitely a disappoinment. He was supposed to be the second coming of Magic Johnson who will bring back the Showtime Lakers. But now he is reduced to a trade bait.

He will have a good NBA career with the numbers he's shown so far. But he will never be the Superstar that his father boasted.
