Undercard with 5Mil t0 10Mil money should be OK.
He still expensive than the main event...

How much did he make when he fought Horn for free TV?

THE GENIUS BOB ARUM IS AT IT AGAIN!!!

To setup Terence Crawford to be one of his next cash cow, he did the following:

1) He allowed Pacquiao, a WBO champ at that time, fight against an unknown Jeff Horn in his own soil.
2) He setup Pacquiao to lose because it's very important that Jeff Horn gains recognition as a man who has beaten the legendary Pacquiao.
3) Now he pits undisputed champion Terence Crawford and WBO champion and Pacquiao conqueror Jeff Horn
4) Since Crawford is still not considered to be PPV material, he Arum will put Pacquiao, still a PPV draw, as an undercard against a soon to be named bum.

PRESTO!

Arum was still able to squeeze something out of Manny and has Crawford raise his stock to the PPV crowd.

Fighting as an undercard or even co-main event pa yan, still its a demotion
Pera pera na lang kasi
Miguel cotto dictated how will his career ends
Same wd other main events fighter like barrera, morales, marquez etc na hindi nagback down as undercard

Manny won't mind fighting undercard...he need the money for his programs for the poor and other personal thing.. thats all matters for him. Bottom line ..make the money and run.. and also fights for the plight of others fighting to survive in their poorest condition.

I'm sure there are lots of people who aren't excited anymore... I have to admit, I'm more excited about him retiring from boxing and politics than his next fight, even if it's against a former/interim/current world titlist...

He chose loyalty to Arum and now he's facing the "consequences"... First, he became a non-PPV boxer and fought a non-titlist only to end up losing controversially... Now, he's an undercard boxer, worst would be again pitted against a non-titlist like Ponomarev... He could've left TR after his first retirement... I won't be surprised if in the near future, he'll become a Pinoy Pride undercard fighting a Philippine champion...

It's sad to see Pacquiao being taken advantage of at the twilight of his career.

According to Pacquiao, the Horn fight is his last with Top Rank but Arum insisted that Pacquiao's contract lasts until end of 2018.
Arum's "magic" is working again here.

It's interesting how Pacquiao would say something in the media and Arum would always say otherwise.

As mentioned here, Cotto is actually a good example who was able to milk as much money (and kept most to himself ) and dictated things in his own terms towards the end of his career.

For sure, Manny can make more money fighting the likes of Amir Khan, Lucas Matthysse, Kell Brook and, even Danny Garcia and Thurman who Roach believes are "easy" fights.

Lastly, remember how Pacquiao is trying to arrange fights against Khan and Broner, and even a rematch with Horn in Manila but is shut down by Arum with one reason after another.

What's wrong with it? PussyPac simply lost his luster. Deal with it, Pinoy folks.

Pacquiao fighting on Crawford vs Horn undercard is a slap in the face

February 18, 2018 By Freddy Fresco

As a fan of Manny Pacquiao I was excited to hear the news, he will fight again, but saddened at the possibility of him fighting on the undercard of Terence Crawford vs. Jeff Horn on ESPN PPV.

Putting a legend like Pacquiao on the undercard of a PPV to lesser known draws is a slap in the face, he isn’t completely washed up like Roy Jones Jr. and still a much bigger name than Crawford and Horn.

Top Rank is using Pacquiao’s name to sell the fight on posters and commercials, fans will buy the PPV thinking he will be the main event. Top Rank is hoping those who ordered for Manny will stay to watch Crawford vs. Horn, basically forcing the public to watch the main event since they already paid to see Pacquiao fight.

As a Senator and a bigger draw...it is a Big insult for Pacquiao fighting undercard.

He should Retire if Arum insist . :banghead:

Manny knows what Arum's actions all about.. He has no choice but to obey the man who brought him much glories ( he thought so maybe). Manny is still so loyal to Arum at this time still.
