Roach need to tell Manny and say look, what do you think is ailing me?........
There are 2 clear signs that Manny need to hang it up while on top........
First, he was tired by the middle rounds, 2nd he was hit the most in this fight than any in his previous 40 fights.......
We fans should give back to Manny now..........

Yes Manny please retire. Look at the motives of those who still encourage you to fight.

This is the perfect time to bade farewell from the ring for the great Pacman. I know how hard it will be to do that, many former champions have been through it and father time has always been proven right. Those telling blows he received in this fight more than from any other fight and his failure to capitalize on injured foe as in Horn fight, Broner fight and now that 10th round body hit only proved he has slowed down a lot. He should quit for his own good and everybody not just his family should encourage him to say farewell to the ring. He surely will be a great inspiration to future fighters. He is a true living legend, hope he keeps it that way.

He will "Fight On" because he is addicted to the adulation of the Pactards and, of course, the money that comes with it.

Freddie is not big on integrity either because he failed to walk his talk. As we all know, he has made public pronouncements that he and Pac has had an agreement about retirement for a while now. But when Pac dropped him in the Matthysse fight (after he suggested that Pac should retire after the Horn match), he felt left out anyway and was moping about it. Now here he is talking the talk again for the Nth time. What he should have done was to walk his talk by publicly standing his ground and refuse to render his services (coaching and access to the Wild Card Gym) in this fight to emphasize the seriousness of his concern for Pac's health. He too is addicted to the adulation, the limelight and, of course, the fat paychecks.

It goes without saying that the rest of his team, his acolytes and the hangers-on/goupies are also addicted to the limelight and the handouts Pac gives them. They would keep telling Pac that he still got it and that he should continue to "Fight On" cuz they don't want the "high" to end.

The Horn fight gave us a glimpse of him getting old; and Roach was right about it. It didn't show that much during the Matthysse and the Broner fights as they didn't exactly push Pac and were in survival mode.

and this fight with thurman is the final confirmation of his showing against horn.seriously, father time is indeed catching up with him. its time for him to finally call it quit before its too late.

I don't think it's easy for Pacquiao to just leave.
Jordan retired and returned twice...
May need somebody who have been there to talk to him.
Or just wait until he loses big time without question.

Let's have Pac vs Crawford or Pac vs Spence. I guess either could put a definitive end to Manny's boxing story... Win or lose.

Roach is just waiting for the post fight smoke to settle down then he said he and Manny will have a long and honest talk...man to man. Roach is definitely leaning towards Pac's retirement. The signs were all there already. Magalit na si Manny kung magalit. Roach is like a father to him. He will not hold back. Manny retire, even your family wants it. Enough of the 'para sa bayan ang laban'. You did your share. The Filipinos are grateful. Enough...
