I'm using zone alarm and i think it's great! It's picking up every internet activity including my antivirus. For Antivirus I use avast free edition. It also picks up the adwares and spywares.

i think keylogging softwares are like spywares. perhaps you can use avast antivirus or microsoft antispyware.

Most of the anti-spywares are capable of detecting and stopping keylogging.
