Holy Mango, this woman is an elephant. Did she contribute anything on her barangay, what a waste of time.

Guys your reacting too much. She's just a kid who thinks, like many others, that freedom in the internet has no limit. She just posted it for no reason, I suppose, except blab her mouth coz she feels like doing so and it's free and blogging have no rules. It's just that the subject she's into is someone close to the heart of Paclanders. Had the thread starter just ignored that blog, which nobody cared and knew it existed in the first place, then she should have been left with her remaining sea-breeze sniffing days which will soon be over.

:peace:

Well, as the saying goes, "You cannot please everybody". But probably these kind of people are just testing our nerves. We PacFans are just too emotional when it comes to our idol. Maybe these people are having a thesis study on the emotional and phsychological state of Filipino fight fans. Just a speculation though.

People have different traits you know and not everyone is into boxing...

I am also not in unison for someone to build a monument for Pac though I consider myself a die hard Pac fan as my coworkers and family would agree.

I also have a friend in Pinas and I emailed her if she watch the fight and she said " No, what is there that is good in boxing, is hurting someone good? Is making other people (loser) depressed good?"

I just let it go you know...Deal with it and never influence or judge others...

it's called sports bro...

For me, Pacquiao Should NOT HAVE a Statue yet in Manila. Maybe in the future, Yes. Do you want to have "BATA REYES" next, "PAENG NEPOMUCENO" to follow ?

Let TIME TELL if they are worthy of being given a Statue. Do not be carried Away by the Moment's Excitement.

For me, I will Be EMBARRASS explaining to foreigners the Statue OF Pacquiao when they TOUR Manila. I will be very glad if it is National Heroes like Jose Rizal, A. Bonifacio, Ninoy Aquino. But Pacquiao, NO.. Not Yet !!!

Have a Statue first of ELORDE and PANCHO in the Heart of Manila (i am not sure if we have) OR OTHER National Heroes...

If they want, erect a Statue of Pacquiao in General Santos. That is more than acceptable.

PEACE !!!

its just a statue, whats the big deal ?

in barcelona, they have statues of everyone

yup have a statue of Elorde and Pancho Villa first b4 the pacman :toast:

and correct, how bout paeng nepumoceno? lydia de vega? caidic? jaworski? onyok velasco? and the other great filipino athletes?

We're talking about athletes who inspired THE NATION and ITS NATIONALS all over the world, not just some group of people. Lydia de Vega is a good one.

Galit talaga ako sa statement na ito pareh. I'm an ilonggo, but you know i love to work and inter-act w/ Cebuhano, Boholano, Leteyno. My friend, a BJMP officer was once assigned one of the island Visayas for 2 yrs and requested to be transferred in MIndanao. You know why?... Walang ka-challenge2x daw, palaging Zero crime rate ang monthly record nila. Kahit walang BOKSING HA!..

There is no doubt that Manny brings honors and prestige to a poor and pitiful country like RP. But building a statute now is over exaggeration of the hype.

Let us wait for MP to become a Hall of Famer before doing this.

have you wondered why a Politician like Atienza like to wipe Manny's ***? To use him that's all. This is the same Atienza that gave Manny a condo (using public funds) in Manila as a gift when he won a fight, despite the fact that thousands of poor families in Manila are homeless.

I think also in this condo, Manny visits her mistress and child.

 :P
